Es gibt sicherlich Rivalitäten zwischen den verschiedenen Space Marine-Kapiteln, aber am Ende des Tages sind sie immer die besten Krieger der Menschheit. Einige Miniaturen außerhalb der ersten Legion sind wirklich schön, und von Zeit zu Zeit habe ich einige ausgewählt, um mit anderen Farbschemata zu experimentieren.

Primarch Leman Russ

Speaking of rivalry, the one between brothers is not to be underestimated. And who better than the Primarch of the Space Wolves can represent a conflictual relationship for our founder Lion El'Jonson? Yes, it's true they fought a couple of times but.... the wolf cub always went to the mat!

The first miniature of a primarch, which remained the only one for many years. These models sculpted in 1989 by Michael Perry are the faithful realization of the illustration (by Jes Goodwin) present in the Epic "Space Marines" rulebook.

Legion of the Damned

Shortly after painting my first miniature of Warammer 40000, a heavy flamer Deathwing terminator decorated with tribal glyphs, I was drawn to the Legion of the Damned's Space Marines box and so these are my second step into this hobby and my first squad (1998). When there were rules to play them as allies even with the Dark Angels, I always tried to put them on the list.

Whatever the true nature of this mysterious contingent of Space Marines - the lost Chapter of the Fire Hawks transfigured by the Warp or a psychic embodiment of the will of the members of the Adeptus Astartes to punish the enemies of the Emperor - the charm of these shadows surrounded by flames and decorated with parts of skeleton is undeniable. First featured in White Dwarf 99 (UK) in the "Index Astartes" column, the Legion of the Damned received its first dedicated, all-metal miniatures in 1998.
